This frosting is perfect- it is perfectly fluffy and not overly sweet. Once you try it, you will want to put it on top of all your cakes and cupcakes!
1 stick (1/2 cup) plant butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup chocolate sesame spread
1 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar or other powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Using the whisk attachment of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, whisk together the plant butter and sesame spread on medium speed until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla and mix for another two to three minutes on medium speed until everything is well combined.
Pipe or spread onto your favorite cake or cupcakes.
