Start Cooking

For the Pancakes

  1. Combine the ingredients together and mix well.

  2. Rub a medium frying pan with oil and heat over a medium-low flame. Add the batter to pan by the tablespoon, and fry for 3 minutes on the first side.

  3. Flip and fry 1 and 1/2 minutes on the second side. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm or at room temperature, drizzled with agave syrup.
