Ingredients

  • 1 cup chulent mix

  • 1 cup brown rice

  • 2-3 potatoes peeled and sliced

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 Tbsp kosher salt

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp curry powder (optional)

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/3-1/2 cup honey

  • Flanken or cheek meat
