Enjoy these cinnamon apples on their own or serve them up over cereal, yogurt, oatmeal or however you like!
4 red apples
2 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Date Sugar
4 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Ginger
Slice the apples into 1/2-inch slices.
Combine the melted coconut oil, date sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.
Toss the sliced apples in the mixture.
Add to a baking dish or pan and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
Eat apples on their own or serve over yogurt, cereal, or oatmeal.
