This recipe for easy Cinnamon Baked Apples is healthy, simple, and easy to make!

Prepare the Cinnamon Baked Apples

1.

Slice the apples into 1/2-inch slices.

2.

Combine the melted coconut oil, date sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.

3.

Toss the sliced apples in the mixture.

4.

Add to a baking dish or pan and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

5.

Eat apples on their own or serve over yogurt, cereal, or oatmeal.
