Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • just a bit of hot water

  • 1 teaspoon good-quality instant coffee

  • sweetener of choice

  • ice

  • 1 – 1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk

Directions

Prepare the Iced Coffee

Add just a bit of hot water to your cup. You only need a little bit to dissolve the coffee. Add instant coffee and stir. Stir in desired sweetener.

Fill cup with ice to the top. Pour in coconut milk. Enjoy!

Notes:

To make a whole pitcher of iced coffee, simply double or triple the recipe.
