Esty shows us how to make a serious cup of iced tea. You’ll be making this by the pitcher-ful all summer long. See more iced tea tips in our recent article 8 Genius Ways To Fit Tea Into Your Life.
Wissotzky Green Tea Nana (1 tea bag per cup of water)
2 to 3 stalks fresh nana mint
water, cold or room temperature
1 lemon, thinly sliced, for serving
Tear off paper of tea bags and tie all the strings together. Bruise the mint leaves so they release flavor.
Add water to your pitcher. Add tea bags (leave the strings hanging over the top) and mint.
Let the tea sit for six to eight hours in the fridge. Before serving, add thinly sliced lemon rounds.
