Chicken quarters braised in a simple honey sweet and sour sauce.
2 chickens, quartered
1 cup Manischewitz Honey
1/2 cup Glicks Ketchup
3 tablespoons mustard
5 tablespoons Haddar Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Vinegar (use gluten-free, if needed)
Place chicken into baking pan. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake covered for two hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Increase heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for the last 15 minutes.

do you uncover this at all to brown the chicken. (like the last 15 min on 400?
According to this recipe, no.

We tried this one Friday night. It was absolutely delicious! It really made our Se’udas Shabbos enjoyable.
