Corned Beef - Angel Hair Pasta Salad

A family favorite. Some soup (canned is fine) and toast and you have a quick supper that kids love!

Directions

1. Pour bag of lettuce into a trifle bowl. Layer angel hair pasta on top of lettuce.

2. Cut corned beef into strips and scatter over the pasta.

3. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Top with yellow croutons.
