This easy parve chocolate frosting is great for topping brownies, cookies, or cupcakes, and it doesn’t take more than a few minutes to make.
2 tablespoons coffee
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons shortening or margarine
Bring first five ingredients to a boil over low heat.
Stir until thickened.
Remove from flame, add shortening and mix until completely melted.
