Crisp, crunchy, and delicious. Perfect for those who don’t eat tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables that are difficult to peel on Pesach.
1 daikon
1 turnip
1 kohlrabi
2 carrots
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
salt, to taste
Grate vegetables on teardrop-shaped holes side of grater.
Combine oil, sugar, and salt. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Chill.
