Directions

Prepare the Chicken

1. Coat chicken bottoms with mayonnaise on both sides, then dip in corn flake crumbs.
2. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan, cover, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour and 20 minutes.
3. Mix sauce ingredients until well blended and pour over baked chicken. Continue baking, uncovered, for an additional half hour.
