1 (17-ounce) container Manischewitz Vegetable Broth
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
water as needed to cover
Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for three to four hours or low for six to eight hours.

If cooking in a regular pot, how long should we cook it?
I would saute the veggies for a few minutes first and then add the package, broth and water and bring to a boil. Then turn to low and cook until ready (probably 45 min- an hour).
