Cutlet Marinade

  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp sesame teriyaki sauce

  • squirt of yellow mustard

  • 2 frozen garlic cubes

  • 2 frozen basil cubes

Mix all marinade ingredients (can be done directly in the bag).

Add chicken and allow to marinate.

Grill, grill pan or broil.
