Delicious and nutritious salad! What I love about this salad is that it is high in fiber and contains so many important nutrients! This salad is loved by all and is definitely a winner!
Spray well with avocado oil.
Drizzle two to three tablespoons pure maple syrup.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Add the delicata squash once it’s cooled to room temperature.
