These cookies will easily become your favorite breakfast cookie! They’re very chocolaty and rich and feel like you’re eating a carby fudgy brownie, while you’re still eating healthy.
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 egg
1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Coconut Oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
6 tablespoons Gefen Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
1/3 cup chocolate chips
In a medium-sized bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
Stir in the cocoa, baking powder and oats.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until combined.
Leave the dough in the fridge for one hour.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scoop cookies in the size of about one and a half tablespoons onto a lined baking sheet. Gently flatten the cookies before baking.
Bake for 15 minutes.

These were delicious! The directions mentioned adding flour, but flour was not listed on the ingredient list, can this please be clarified? I followed the recipe with the ingredients listed and it came out great, just wondering.
