Diets Oatmeal breakfast cookies with no added white sugar are the perfect high-protein way to start your day!
2 cups oats
1 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Gefen Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
With a large ice cream scooper scoop out cookie dough and place it onto a lined cookie sheet.
Flatten each cookie with a spoon. They do not flatten on their own.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown. Enjoy!
