Diets These moist muffins studded with chocolate chips are a real treat, made with real butter and milk. Equally delicious as a breakfast indulgence, to gift to a new mom, or at a dairy simcha or Chanukah party.
4 cups flour
1 cup milk or coffee creamer
8 ounces softened butter or margarine
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Chocolate Chips or blueberries
Spray mini muffin pans with vegetable cooking spray or line with mini muffin cups. Fill three-fourths with batter.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes.
Yields 95 mini muffins
