Skip the heavy carbs with this version of sloppy joes. Create this dietetic dish in a pinch by simply combining all the ingredients, and leave them to simmer for half an hour. These Sloppy Joes are a great filling one-pot meal that really hits the spot.
Place tomato sauce, green beans and meat into pot. Sprinkle garlic powder to taste. If you like it sweet add artifical sweetener.
Mix well, simmer about 30 minutes.
