Diets Unbelievably delicious asparagus! Simple presentation of corned beef wrapped asparagus. Crispy beef, tender vegetable, and sumptuous flavor. Another pro? Reheat for Shabbos lunch and it will still taste great!
1 bunch asparagus (see note)
1 package corned beef
lemon juice
salt
fresh ground Gefen Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Trim and wash asparagus. Wrap each vegetable stalk with one piece of corned beef. Lay vertically on a baking sheet. Repeat until all asparagus are wrapped.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic on top of vegetables. Season to your liking.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the asparagus is tender when you touch it with a fork. Enjoy!
