Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1/2 pound salmon, cut into cubes

  • 1/2 pound tuna, cut into cubes

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Dry Parsley Flakes

  • lemon wedges

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Fish Skewers

1.

Season fish with salt, pepper, and parsley. Thread onto skewers. Top each skewer with a lemon wedge.

2.

Place fish skewers on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice. Broil for 15 minutes.
