Ice Cream

  • 2 large dessert whips (500 milliliters)

  • 4 eggs (pasteurized)

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cups sugar

  • your favorite chocolate syrup or other syrup, like Tuscanini

Directions

1.

Whip up the whip until it is stiff.

2.

Add the eggs, sugar, and syrup. Mix just until all ingredients are smooth.

3.

Freeze for six to eight hours.

hi you show vanilla ice cream but you say to put in chocolate syrup so is it chocilate or vanilla ice cream. and how much chocolate syrup do you use and is the dessert whip the 16 oz size thank you
