Diets This is a really easy brownie recipe sent in from reader Ruti Schleider. Just mix everything in a foil pan and bake it just like that.
1 cup Glicks Flour
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
4 heaping tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
4 eggs
1 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
Mix flour, sugar, and cocoa.
Add eggs and oil. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.

grease pan or not?
I would, but it doesn’t look necessary, as it’s not clearly specified in the recipe.
I used an 8- inch square, they came out good. The next time I made them I used a 9×13″ pan and they came out much better!!
What size pan?
Unfortunately, the recipe did not come with a size pan, we think an 8-inch square pan should work.
