Easy Indian Tandoori Chicken


Easy and flavorful with a short ingredient list! What more can you ask for?


1. Mix together coconut milk and spice mix. Add chicken and marinate at least an hour or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and grill or broil about four minutes on each side until done.
2. For mango relish, combine mango, onion and red pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chicken.
