Pickled Red and Green Peppers

An easy pickling recipe means a new way to enjoy sweet peppers all year round.

Directions

Prepare the Pickled Peppers

1.

Cut peppers and onions into thin strips. Cover with boiling water and set aside for five minutes. Drain.

2.

In a separate pot, mix vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for five minutes. Pour over peppers.

3.

Refrigerate two to three days before using.
