2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. It will form a very thick batter.
3. Spoon into greased muffin tins until three quarters full, or into a greased loaf pan.
4. Bake muffins for 20 minutes or bread for 45 minutes. You’ll know it’s done if it sounds hollow when tapped lightly. Enjoy with jam, butter, any other spread, or on its own.
