Esther HaMalka Kugel


This kugel combines apples and potatoes for the ultimate Yom Tov kugel. Gluten free and kosher for Passover, this is a great kugel recipe that meets those criteria!


Prepare the Kugel

1. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff.
2. In another bowl, mix yolks with remaining ingredients. Combine with beaten egg whites.
3. Cook in a nine-inch frying pan over low heat for half an hour on each side, or bake in an 8×10-inch baking pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
