Diets Every time I make quiche, I’m nervous that my family won’t eat it. And every time, my kids say, “Yum! Ma, how come you don’t make this more often?” Yield: 2 quiches (approximately 16 slices)
24 ounces Beleaves Frozen Broccoli, defrosted
1 small onion
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
4 eggs
1 tablespoon Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
8 ounces shredded cheese
1 batch pizza dough (or store-bought)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a food processor fitted with the S-blade, blend together the broccoli, onion, seasonings, eggs, and mayonnaise. Fold in the cheese.
Roll out the dough into two circles. Place in nine- or 10-inch round pans or oven-to-table dishes.
Top with the broccoli mixture.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until tops are brown.

Can you freeze the Quiche before baking too?
Does the onion get blended raw with the rest of the ingredients?
Can this recipe be made parve, without cheese? Can a pre-made, frozen pie shell be used?
Yes to the pre made shell, but the cheese does add a lot of flavor, so we wouldn’t skip it in this recipe.
This was easy but rather bland. It needs more cheese and spice.
Do you drain all the water out of the bag of defrosted broccoli? Or do you blend it together with the other ingredients?
I would drain the water out
