1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
2. On a skewer, layer veggie, falafel ball, veggie, falafel ball, veggie.
3. Once all the kebabs are prepared, spray with cooking oil. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Drizzle with techina.
5. Serve with pita bread or rice.
