Filled Potato Kugel


This meat version of potato kugel is super upscale! Using regular potato kugel as the base of this dish, fill the kugel with your choice of meat, bake, and enjoy!


1. Combine all ingredients for kugel.
2. Pour half of the mixture into a nine-inch baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Combine all filling ingredients and place over kugel batter. Top with remaining kugel mixture.
4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for one and a half hours or until done.
