2 slices salmon fillet
salt and pepper for seasoning
1 frozen garlic clove
2 frozen basil cubes
3 Tbspn Caesar dressing
1 Tbspn juice of pickled jalapenos jar
juice of half a lemon
lemon pepper spice
Line pan with baking paper.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Combine rest ingredients except lemon pepper. Brush fish with mixture and let stand in fridge for a little while. Top with lemon pepper.
Preheat oven broiler to low. Broil uncovered for approximately 15 minutes.
