  • 3 TVs olive oil

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp basil

  • kosher salt

  • black pepper

mix the garlic powder and basil

sprinkle salt on pepper onto roast and sear both sides

the put in oven on a rack on 350 for about 2 hours

lower oven to 250 for another hours
