Fruity Quinoa Salad with Pomegranate, Mango, and Blueberries

I always enjoy a salad with fruit alongside a heavy meal. The bright colors of the fruit make it so appealing and such a pretty addition to the table.

Quinoa Salad


Start Cooking

Make the Quinoa

  1. Rinse quinoa well and place in a saucepan.

  2. Add water and salt and bring to a boil. Boil for five minutes. Turn to low and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until water is absorbed.


Assemble the Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine quinoa and fruit. Mix all dressing ingredients and toss with quinoa.
