Fudgy Almond Butter and Brittle Brownies

Incredibly moist and satisfying! You might think you want to make a nine- x 13-inch pan of these brownies, but you won’t need it – they are so rich, a small square really satisfies!


Yield: 1 (8-inch) square pan

Start Cooking

Prepare the Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an eight-inch square baking pan and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine all brownie base ingredients. Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake about 25 minutes. Let cool.

  3. Once brownies have cooled, prepare the topping: Add chocolate chips, milk, and oil to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for one minute. Mix until smooth.

  4. Pour over brownies, tilting the pan to evenly cover the surface. Sprinkle with brittle.


These brownies are great whether you enjoy them warm or straight from the freezer!
