Diets Incredibly moist and satisfying! You might think you want to make a nine- x 13-inch pan of these brownies, but you won’t need it – they are so rich, a small square really satisfies!
Yield: 1 (8-inch) square pan
3/4 cup Gefen Almond Butter or Gefen Hazelnut Butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
3 tablespoons Gefen Oat Milk (or any nondairy milk)
2 tablespoons coconut oil (or other oil)
Gefen Almond Brittle or Gefen Hazelnut Brittle, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an eight-inch square baking pan and set aside.
In a bowl, combine all brownie base ingredients. Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake about 25 minutes. Let cool.
Once brownies have cooled, prepare the topping: Add chocolate chips, milk, and oil to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for one minute. Mix until smooth.
Pour over brownies, tilting the pan to evenly cover the surface. Sprinkle with brittle.
