Ginger Slaw

This salad is nutritious and makes a statement as well!

Ingredients

Salad

  • 3 cups shredded purple cabbage

  • 3 cups shredded white cabbage

  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds

  • 1 cup diced celery

Dressing

Directions

1.

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.

2.

Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad.
