1 and 1/2 cups oat flour
1 cup Gefen Almond Flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour such as Gefen
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 cup warm water
organic coconut oil spray
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup Gefen Cinnamon
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together flours and sugar. Make sure to mix well, leaving no clumps. Then add the melted coconut oil and warm water. Mix all together until dough is formed in a large ball.
Place a cut-out piping tip into a piping bag and cut the top of the bag. If you don’t have piping tools, you can use a ziplock bag and cut one corner. Place half the dough into the piping bag.
On a baking sheet squeeze out your churros. Spray the churros with an oil spray, or brush oil over the churros. Place them into the air fryer for 10 to 15 minutes or in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
When they are ready, place them back on a baking sheet and spray them again with oil spray. Roll them into your cinnamon sugar mixture, serve, and enjoy!
