Prepare the Tuna Patties

  1. Sauté the vegetables and mix into cooked quinoa.

  2. Mash tuna with mayo. Add the eggs and mix together with the quinoa mixture. Form into patties.

  3. Fry in a little avocado oil until golden. Spray avocado or olive oil cooking spray when necessary.
