1 medium onion, diced
1 package pastrami, diced
sauerkraut
1 package Tuscanini Gnocchi (not cooked)
black pepper
granulated garlic
Sauté onion with pastrami, then add some BBQ sauce, duck sauce, and sauerkraut. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, pan fry the gnocchi until golden on both sides. Stir in the pastrami mixture. Season with some black pepper and garlic.
