Grandma’s Apple Cake

This is my grandma’s recipe, and she calls it a “basic” cake because anything can be added to it. I love it because it’s an easy, one-bowl recipe! Use whatever apples you’ve got on hand – this cake is super flexible.

Yields a nine- x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch round pans.
