This recipe is a delicious, yum, healthy breakfast addition to your yogurt, cereal, or just snacking on it plain!
2 cups of old fashioned oats
3/4 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 a teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of maple syrup
4 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1. in a medium size bowl mix together the oats, coconut, almonds, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
2. I. a small bowl mix together the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla
3. spread granola out on a parchment lined baking sheet in one single even layer
4. put the granola into a oven preheated at 325 degrees for 30 minutes mixing every 10 minutes
5. let cool completely before storing in a airtight container
