I put this recipe first because it is my most sought-after chicken recipe. This recipe is super-easy to learn and remember since it only has three ingredients.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Line a 9 × 13-inch (23 × 33-centimeter) pan and place pieces of chicken in the pan in one layer.
Mince garlic onto each piece of chicken.
Using a spoon, drizzle honey over chicken quarters.
Cover chicken and bake for one and a half hours.
Uncover and baste chicken with chicken gravy.
Bake uncovered for 30 more minutes or until dark brown in color.
Tips:
Honey does not need to cover the entire piece of chicken. The honey will melt and spread while cooking.
