1/2 pound green or red grapes
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 pound kumquats
2 tablespoons coconut oil, divided
Line a large baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper. Wash grapes and dry well. Set aside.
Melt dark chocolate with one teaspoon coconut oil and mix to combine. Melt white chocolate with remaining one tablespoon plus two teaspoons coconut oil, mix to combine.
Poke toothpicks into grapes and kumquats. Dip the grapes into dark chocolate and kumquats into white chocolate. Transfer to lined baking sheet.
Transfer extra melted chocolate to two separate bags and snip the edges. Drizzle dark chocolate over the kumquats and white chocolate over the grapes. Refrigerate to harden.
