This recipe is quick, minimal ingredients, and is delicious in different forms; from using in salads to adding to wraps, etc.
Marinate chicken cutlets in sauce for 2 hours/overnight.
As soon as you are ready, heat up a grill pan very high. Place chicken on grill pan and grill for about 5 minutes. Flip and continue for another 3-4 minutes, so nice grill marks can form.
Cool off slightly before eating.
