2 rib steaks
1/2 stick (dairy free) margarine
kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
Season steaks on both sides generously with salt and pepper. Rub into steak. Smear both sides of the steak with margarine thoroughly.
Heat grill pan on high till it’s nice and hot. Grill steak on each side for seven minutes rotating it 90° midway to get the grill marks.
