1 (24-ounce) bag mini yellow potatoes, washed and quartered
1/4 cup spicy harissa
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover tightly with foil and bake covered for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, raise the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Uncover pan and roast for another 30 minutes.
