Prepare the Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Peel banana and mash with back of fork. Blend in with wet ingredients until all incorporated. Gradually add dry ingredients.
  3. Pour batter into loaf pan lined with Gefen Easy Baking Parchment Paper. Place into preheated oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Toothpick inserted should come out clean.

    Not worth the time

    I'm sorry to say that this was not a keeper - far from it -- made it for Shabbat and most of it was left - no one wanted it -- very sadly the worst banana bread ever.
