Blueberry Muffins

Directions

Prepare the Healthy Blueberry Muffins

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Mix egg, vanilla, honey, milk, and oil and whisk until combined. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.

3.

Mix until combined, then fold in blueberries.

4.

Pour into a greased muffin pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Yes! You can use a fork or hand-held whisk- make sure to mix the batter until it runs smooth!

came out delicious! Not too sweet so the blueberries are not overpowered.
