Ingredients

Healthy Deli Roll

  • 4 to 5 egg crepini wraps (or homemade egg wraps; recipe follows)

  • olive oil spray

  • everything but the bagel seasoning

Homemade Egg Wraps

  • salt, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Healthy Deli Roll

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix the mayo and mustard together. Then spread the mayo and mustard onto the egg wraps (recipe follows), followed by turkey and salami. Roll up the deli roll.

Spray olive oil over top and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning.

4.

Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked.

Prepare the Egg Wraps

1.

Mix almond flour, egg, and salt together. Spray a pan with olive oil and pour a VERY thin layer of the mixture onto the pan and then flip it, trying not to tear the wrap.

Variation:

You can scale up. I made the wraps x5, using five eggs and five tablespoons of almond flour to make a few big wraps.
