Hearts of Palm Salad


We love this for Seudah Shlishis, but it’s good anytime.


Prepare the Salad

1. Drain and cube hearts of palm. Peel avocado. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and dice purple onion. Combine all vegetables.
2. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss gently to coat
