This grilled chicken is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. It’s perfect for Chol Hamoed and a favorite dish among picky eaters! For more great ideas, watch Pesach in a Pot!
1 package thinly sliced chicken breast (6 pieces)
1/4 cup Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup honey
6 cloves crushed garlic or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 fresh lemon, squeezed
salt, to taste
Gefen Black Pepper, to taste
Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl.
Whisk well until all the ingredients are combined.
Place chicken in a zip-top bag and pour in mixture.
Marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, place chicken in a pan and pour the excess mixture over the slices.
Broil on low for 12 minutes.
