Honey-Pretzel Potatoes

These potatoes are the most requested side dish in my house. The sweet and salty combination is just so amazing!

Ingredients

Honey-Pretzel Potatoes

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges

  • 1/2 cup pretzel crumbs

Directions

Prepare the Honey-Pretzel Potatoes

1.

Line a 9×13-inch pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

In a bowl, mix together oil, honey, mustard, and garlic. Toss with potatoes.

3.

Pour into the pan. Add pretzel crumbs and mix.

4.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
